How it all started
### Chef Developed and Driven
Eggslut is a chef driven, gourmet food concept founded in 2011. It's inspired by a true love for eggs. The menu is a balance of comfort and innovation, celebrating food that appeals to both novice and extreme foodie through classic comfort fare with a twist, all encompassing our key ingredient, eggs. Our goal is to share our food with everyone. No longer just a breakfast staple, we make eggs appetizing all day, everyday.
When patrons dine with Eggslut, we want it to be more than just a meal, we want it to be an experience. Our focus is on the quality and taste of our food, consistent presentation, and great customer service.

"This is one of those places you pass by and there's ALWAYS a massive queue to get in. Most times you think it's just hype and it happens to be. But Eggslut hits you with quality and flavour you were definitely not expecting! Because an egg and bacon roll can only be good to a certain level, right? WRONG! It's absolutely amazing! They fry the bacon in a way that, combined with their recipe for the eggs... Oh boy, you MUST try!"

"One of the best breakfasts I had in Los Angeles!! Wait for the line and get ready for a fantastic journey of their delicious egg recipes… you should definitely try the potato/egg mixture too."

"Just the brioche bun was a showstopper. If a croissant and a brioche bun had a baby, this is what it would create. The bacon egg and cheese was loaded with crispy and juicy bacon. The cheeseburger was amazing with their house made sauce. The hash browns are one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted."
