Founded in 1996 on the principle of making great ideas come to life. As a result of years of experience, we have developed a system to bring together great restaurant Brands looking to grow through franchising & licensing with great people who are passionate about seeing those Brands grow.

We advise the Brands we work with in every aspect of their business - operations, marketing, development, HR, finance and how to expand by partnering with the right people who understand their Brand and want to see it grow and prosper as much as they do.

Whitney White Myrus

Founder & Managing Director - London

For over 25 years Whitney has successfully advised numerous restaurant concepts to grow through franchising – Copeland’s of New Orleans, The Halal Guys, Eggslut, and Freshii to name a few. Whitney’s career has taken him and his family from the USA, Germany, UAE and UK. Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and private equity firms on restaurant franchising. He secured the rights to the UK for The Halal Guys and Eggslut and is a Board member after successfully leading day-to-day operations launching Eggslut in the UK.

Philip Gay

Senior Partner - Los Angeles

Philip has over 40 years experience operating restaurants in both CFO and CEO roles, and has assisted middle market companies with financing, mergers and acquisitions. He has served as President and CEO of Grill Concepts, CFO of California Pizza Kitchen, CFO and Interim CEO of Wolfgang Puck Food Company, CEO of Color Me Mine, and CEO and COO of Diversified Food Group. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Eyas Capital. He graduated with a degree in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Thierry Rousset

Partner - Madrid

For over 35 years Thierry has been in the food service business starting as an Assistant Manager at a McDonald’s in Paris. More recently he was the General Manager for Quick International prior to the merger with the French Burger King Franchisee. Prior to that he was General Manager for Burger King Corporation responsible for 750 locations over 13 countries. Thierry was formerly a Subway and Dunkin Donuts Franchisee. Thierry has spent the past few years focused on advising Brands on streamlining their operations through innovation and technology. Recognized by the US Commerce Department as a Franchise Expert.

Michael Sweeney, AIA

Partner - Design - Miami

For over 25 years Michael has been designing and creating spaces with a soul. Michael served as VP of Design & Construction for Shamin Hotels where he designed and built numerous hotels, restaurants and bars. Michael is a Registered Interior Designer, and a licensed Architect in the several US States (NY, IL, MD, VA, WV), New Zealand and Australia.

Gilles Menguy Esq

Partner - Legal - Paris

Qualified as Avocat au Barreau de Paris (1998) and Solicitor of England & Wales (2006) Gilles attended Paris Sorbonne and Harvard Law School. He is recognized by peers and has been selected every year from 2010 to 2020 in the International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers, referred to as “brilliant” and “one of the best lawyers in the country”, renowned for his work with both established brands and start-ups and clients value his “spot-on” counsel. Gilles has authored and co-authored numerous books and articles as well as spoken at hundreds of seminars and forums on the topic of international franchising.
